 CONSTRUCTION :
A heavy gauge metallic core with an extruded rubber covering subsequently wire braided upon for reinforcement and added strength. It can withstand temperature up to 210° C.
 USES :
A light in weight pressure hose with superflexibility and high strength. It is suitable for :-
(a)
Suction and pressure lines in hydraulic systems.
(b) Suction and pressure lines in pneumatic systems.
(c) Stream lines.
(d) It is abundantly used by Paper plants, Chemical plants, Petrochemical plants, Fertilizers & Refineries.

Extra high pressure hose for hydraulics, fluids, fuels and lubricating oils under severe temperature and pressure conditions.

Teflon Stainless Steel Wire Braided High Pressure Hose
 TYPE :
TEFLON HOSES are dependable, unique in performance. They do not fail even in adverse conditions. They have un-limited storage life.
Can withstand temperature from -100
° F to +500° F
 CONSTRUCTION :
INNER CORE : TEFLON - Virgin, PTFE tube of uniform wall thickness.
REINFORCEMENT : One braid of Stainless steel wire.
COVER : Black heavy rubber cover resistant to oil, weather and abrasion or neoprene cover.
 SIZES :
5 mm to 25 mm I. D.
 APPLICATION :
A versatile hose with numerous uses for all chemicals, diluted or concentrated acids, alkalies, for highly corrosive gases, solvents for ammonia and brines. Very good hose for steam.
 ADVANTAGES OF TEFLON HOSE OVER OTHER HOSES :
(a) Teflon hose when wire braided offers flexible hose construction un-matched by any other hose.
(b) Teflon hose remains flexible at low temperature and it's strength is not affected. At high temperature it's flexibility does not diminish.
(c) It's co-efficient of friction is very less and there is no pressure drop.
(d) The most important advantage of Teflon hose is that it does not fail under severe flexing fatigue.
(e) The properties of Teflon hose do not change in cold and heat zones with age. It's shelf life is un-limited.
(f) Low maintenance cost during long service life.
(g) Less production loss.
 
 
 GENERAL :
All hoses are manufactured to International Standards viz: DIN, SAE and BSS. The hoses and end fittings are manufactured under strict quality control procedures and marketed only after they withstand the various tests.
 RUBBER HOSES :
The main parts of the rubber hoses consist of :
(a) BUNA-N, black oil resistant synthetic rubber tubing, which forms the basis of all rubber hoses.
(b) REINFORCEMENT : It is needed to provide lateral and longitudinal strength. High tensile steel or rayon braidings are used for this purpose.
(c) COVER : An oil, weather and wear resistant outer synthetic rubber layer is generally used for this purpose.
 TEFLON HOSES :
Teflon hoses are uniform in wall thickness and are supplied with stainless steel braiding over the tubings.
 WARRANTY :
